As per Resolution 2023-173:

That we, the Council of the Township of Hudson do hereby, agree to reimburse Hudson Township residents 100% of all current non-resident user fees incurred for any children’s (age 17 and under) recreational activities within the District of Timiskaming, provided that itemized receipts are submitted to the municipal office for reimbursement prior to December 31st of the fiscal year for which the non-resident user fee was incurred.

Groups and Services in Our Community:

Hudson Lions Club: Regular meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month at the Hudson Hall. New members are always welcome. For more information, please contact Gwen Welch, President.

Young at Heart Seniors (55 and over): Meeting in the seniors’ room , west entrance:

– Every Tuesday at 1pm for Bid Euchre.

-Pot luck lunch every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Everyone is Welcome!

Pike Lake Park

There are no lifeguards at Pike Lake. Any recreational activity undertaken at this park is at your own risk. Never leave children alone or unattended at the park. When using the park, please keep the vehicles outside the barriers and do not drive vehicles within the park area.
This year there are new floating docks that will be installed for people to enjoy at the park at Pike Lake. This project was supported by the Government of Canada through the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program. NO OPEN FIRE IS PERMITTED! Anyone using the Pike Lake park area will have to bring their garbage back with them, as there are no longer garbage containers. Please be a good citizen and think of the environment! NEW PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AT PIKE LAKE FOR THE KIDS TO ENJOY!


Pike Lake Park

Thanks to the collaborative efforts of Zach Manners, Hudson Township Staff, Hudson Recreation Committee and the Hudson Regatta, Pike Lake Park received some exciting upgrades!  The baseball diamond, playground area and volleyball courts have been tilled, and a second beach volleyball court has been installed.
